Creating International Opportunities for Students in Pakistan; Oxbridge Digital signs MOU with NCUK
A new partnership between NCUK – The University Consortium and Oxbridge Digital will provide opportunities for students in Pakistan to receive a high quality, internationally-recognised education locally with possible progression to NCUK University Partners in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA.
Using their experience and local market knowledge, Oxbridge Digital will seek to identify and recommend educational institutions to join the NCUK Delivery Partner network and deliver NCUK qualifications across a range of locations in Pakistan. The students who will manage to successfully complete their qualification will be able to progress directly into the first or second year of a bachelor’s degree at a wide range of leading NCUK Universities worldwide.
The signing ceremony took place on Thursday 24 March at NCUK’s head office in Manchester with NCUK’s Chief Executive Office Stuart Smith and Oxbridge Digital’s Managing Director Mr. Usman Akram.
Maria McKenna, NCUK’s Business Development Director, who also attended the ceremony, spoke about the partnership.
“This unique partnership will provide NCUK with a platform to expand across the Pakistan market, providing more opportunities than ever before for students to access an international education.”
Mr. Usman Akram, Managing Director of Oxbridge Digital says, “Since the day we opened our doors in Pakistan, Oxbridge Digital has been collaborating with UK Higher Education Institutions to empower students by providing them with opportunities that are both accessible and affordable. We’ve taken a step closer to achieving this goal with our new collaboration with the NCUK. We are looking forward to work with them to grow the number of study centres in Pakistan that play an integral role in changing lives of the students here.”
Oxbridge Digital and NCUK aim to secure a number of new Delivery Partners in Pakistan to commence teaching from September 2022.
